Posted on:2017/03/07

Every year, the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Jockey Club co-host Green Mini Movies Festival to raise students’ awareness of climatic change and carbon footprint through the production of green mini movies, as well as to promote green lifestyle to the public. This annual festival includes a mini movies workshop and competition, visits to green facilities and an experience-sharing session.

A team of our students participated in the Green Mini Movies Festival 2017 and their entry was awarded 1st Runner-up in this mini movies competition. Congratulations to Wong Chun Wai (2D), Cheung Kam Hung (2E), Pang Yiu Chung (2E), Yeung Phillip Shang Zhi (2E), Chan Yuk Long Own (3B), Cheung Tsun Nok (3B), Lam Sheung Ho (3C) and Lee Wai Hin (4B).

We global citizens should be more aware of the environmental issues, which may lead to global catastrophe. Let’s join hands to reduce carbon footprint and go green from now on.
